Tradeskills
- Hematite Jewelry switched from DEX/AGI to DEX/INT

Balance
- The amount of health provided by Stamina has been significantly reduced
- The amount of Health provided per point of Stamina now scales with level for all classes
- "Rusty" weapon damage has been reduced (first tier only)
- "Tarnished" weapon damage has been reduced (first tier only)
- Tradeskill skillup rates have been increased for mid-game to end-game recipes
- Recipe difficulty now affects tradeskill skillups more consistently within each difficulty tier (ex: blue, yellow, orange)
- Base health has been increased for all classes, but the amount of health gained from STA remains unchanged
- Base health now scales more consistently as you level, with the rate of increase varying by class
- The effectiveness of resist-based debuffs has been increased
- Slightly lowered weapon damage caps at lower levels
General Abilities
- Charm Tier 2 and Tier 3 reduced by 0.5 seconds cast time

Elementalist
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 Elemental heals are now properly restricted to Elementals and your pet only
- Removed a stacking issue allowing buffs from each elemental to stack and apply more than once
Enchanter
- Incinerate Mana Line
- Expanded Incinerate Mana's Ability Line with the Abilities: Fell Mana, Explode Mana, and Destroy Mana
- Incinerate Mana cast time increased from 2 seconds to 3 seconds
- Incinerate Mana cooldown increased from 0 seconds to 8 seconds
- Incinerate Mana is now off the GCD
- Incinerate Mana line now shares a cooldown
- Removed erroneous combat text referring to Mana Drain's restore component
- Psionic Hemorrhage Line
- Psionic Hemorrhage II increased from 25 damage per tick to 30 damage per tick
- Psionoic Hemorrhage III increased from 25 damage per tick to 60 damage per tick
- Psionoic Hemorrhage IV increased from 25 damage per tick to 90 damage per tick
- Psionoic Hemorrhage V increased from 25 damage per tick to 120 damage per tick
- New Effect: Psionic Hemorrhage Line damage is increased by 50% when the target is afflicted by any of the Torment Ability Line debuffs
- Enchant Ally can now be used on a groupmate's summoned pet

Inquisitor

Monk
- The Physical Damage Reduction granted by Earth Empowered Celestial Fury has been reduced from 10% to 5%
Necromancer
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 Elemental heals are now properly restricted to Undead and your pet only
Paladin
- Mark of the Crusader procs can no longer miss
- Fixed an issue where Mark of the Crusader heal proc was no longer granting the attacker any healing
Ranger
- Now has access to the Fireburst ability
Spellblade
- Infuse Weapon: Flameburst Line
- Infuse Flameburst line proc rate reduced
- Infuse Weapon: Flameburst line now also grants the Spellblade a stack of the Infusion Conduit buff when it procs.
- New Effect: Infusion Conduit reduces the cast time of your casted Singe, Flameburst, Fireburst, Magmaburst, Lavaburst, Blaze, and Inferno spells by 20% for 2.5 minutes, stacking up to 5 times. Casting one of these abilities will consume all stacks of the Infusion Conduit buff.

- Unstable Barrier II mana cost changed from 10 to 25
- Unstable Barrier III mana cost changed from 10 to 85

Wizard
- Added Ability: Evacuation
- Mage Light duration increased from 5 minutes to 15 minutes
- Arcane Infusion
- Mana Regeneration reduced from 1 (L1) to 15 (L60) to 1 (L1) to 10 (L60)
- New Effect: When you score the killing blow on a target with any of your offensive spells, the mana of the spell will be refunded based on the effective damage done.
- Telekinetic Knockback now requires a target other than yourself
- Electric Shock Line
- Expanded Electric Shock Ability Line with Abilities: Electric Wave, Electric Current, Electric Jolt
- Electric Shock casting time reduced from 3 seconds to 2 seconds
- Electric Shock mana cost reduced from 85 to 55
- Fixed higher tiers of the Electric Shock line not working
Tech
- You can now create a shortcut to an item in your bags, onto the hotbar for use or swapping equipment.
- Chat persistence will no longer last through character changes.
- Characters’ UI data is now organized separately for each character and the server they’re on. When you connect to a server, your old UI config files will automatically import, and you’ll be prompted to import your journal log entries as well. Each character’s window and chat settings are now kept independent, ensuring a tailored experience for every character.
- Shift+Right clicking on an item in your inventory will now swap with that item with your equipment. This currently only works from the main inventory and not inside bags.
- Pressing escape now closes the context menu if it's open or returns any carried macro or item in your hotbar or inventory to its previous slot.
- Reduced the length allowed for guild name creation to 24 characters maximum. This doesn't effect any current guilds that have exceeded this limitation, only future guilds created.
- Mud actions, which interact with the world "physically" will break stealth and invisibility now.
- Ledger's have been re-worked to improve performance in it's functions.
- There is now a pop up message that appears in the player UI, when a gm broadcasts a message or a server restart is scheduled.
- Changes have been made to player and camera updating, as well as nametag rendering, to eliminate jitter and improve frame pacing.
UI
- Major Feature: Group Finder - listed in the social tab (currently not enabled on the character sheet tab), you can now list your group when you are looking for more players.
- New icons added - available in Macro Icon Selection
- Added option to permanently show mini stats or stats pop out, under Interface Options.
- Added Weight to mini stats
- The trade window has been revamped for a smoother and more flexible trading experience! You can now freely add or remove items and coins until you confirm the trade by pressing "Complete Trade." Once confirmed, your offered items are locked in. If the other player modifies the trade at any point, both parties will be notified, and the trade will revert to an uncompleted state, allowing further adjustments to items and coins.
- Item Descriptions have had their format updated slightly
- Hide helm / back added to graphics settings in menu
- Group Finder: Listing should now update the group listing location automatically based on the leaders location
- Group Finder: You can no longer list a group, if you are not the leader of the group
- Group Finder: Sanitization of input
- Group Finder: Group note will now always show, even if you have not set anything else but the level range.
- Buff stack counts are now easier to read
- Removed the buy button from the sale panel in the merchant view
- Group finder is now available in the character sheet view
- The giant buy button in the merchant sale panel has been removed, this was redundant.
Bug Fixes
- Invisibility and stealth now properly breaks when harvesting
- Various UI bug fixes and updates to match currently used colors (especially coins)
- Another solution has been put in place, attempting to make banking more reliable.
- Targeting validation improvement
- Inventory bagpanel positions were not saving per slot like previously intended.
- Threat skills which reduce threat, had a bug and should now properly reduce threat on a target.
- Buff duration and scaling fixes
- Lifetaps, mana burns, and mana drains can no longer convert more health/mana than the target had into health/mana/damage.
- Abilities with an "on kill" condition will now only execute the effects intended for "on kill" instead of repeating all effects.
- Removed a rare chance for PCs and NPCs to Double Attack or perform an offhand swing without having any points in the appropriate skill
- NPC monks will no longer heal you when using Celestial Strike
- Fixed some cases where health bar status color would not sync correctly.
- Having a trade initiated with you from another player no longer breaks your invis, unless you accept the trade.
- Added /guilddisband command.
- NPC's should no longer flee past the zone lines
- Chat Scrolling Fix

- Fixed icon asset, which was assigned the wrong icon. (empty vial)
- Corpses with 0 items left of specific items, should properly clean up now and no longer display those items
- Escape will close the loot container instead of just hiding it
- Disable mud interactions setting should again function properly
- Fixed the display of long guild names in the guild window
- Fixed an issue with culling, which caused corpses to stand after looking away sometimes.
- Cursor carry - when you swap an item on your cursor and press escape while holding that item, it will now automatically find an empty slot for it to go to instead of disappearing on the cursor.
- Fixed an old bug with the sit/stand state sync, after a player used feign death.
- You can no longer use /reload while in a feign death state, if you need to use this function - remove the feign death buff before attempting to do so.
- Coins converted at the bank will now update the player's weight appropriately.
- Crafting recipes from trade skill bags will no longer consider items that are in bank bags for the number of crafts available.
- Various small UI bugs fixed
- Absorption shields will reset their absorb value when being reapplied
- Fixed swapped values and excessive consumption when taking one of the Metabolism traits
- Fixed a crash bug related to rain VFX
- Fixed an issue preventing boat movements from being sent to clients
- Addressed an issue with resist-based debuffs not properly impacting spell resist rates
